Visualisations, meditation, puja physical practices, and readings on behalf of others support our commitments & vows. Watch the schedule for our practice times.

Calm-abiding meditation forms the root of our practice. Meditation instruction is available to all who ask for it. When our new hall is all set, the public can join sessions.
